
EZ Mobile Store has come up with a new idea of selling installment plans online in Karachi. Its basic idea is to keep our valued customers on a long term basis by providing high level of services along with an economical installment plan offered for a term of 3 months.
The mobile phone products offered are based on the customers demand. We have a vast category of well known brands in new, used, warranty and without warranty options. However, in the future the range will be enhanced to cover other leading international products on public demand which are not covered now.
Our targeted customer base is salaried class employees of Multi-national and large local companies as well as the business class who are based in Karachi. We plan to offer them a single window installment plan provided that they fulfill our terms and conditions. The plans we offer are focused on our customers need and ability to purchase from us. We believe in long term relationships, so an early redemption of a plan will give customers a choice to have another product of his/her choice on their door step. An early redemption will be at the customer’s request as we do not intend to charge anything extra from its valued customers.

Terms & Conditions
Following are the terms and conditions of Purchasing anything in Easy Monthly Installments.
After placing your order, Within 5 Hours our sales team will Contact you for the confirmation of order and collection of below documents. Sales Officer will be at your doorstep for the collection of documentation to proceed further.
We require the following to proceed with:
1) A copy of the applicant's CNIC and Two Guarantors.
2) Order Application Form and Installment Agreement. (Duly Signed)
3) Physical verification of the applicant & his/her references residential address.
4) Paid Utility bill copy.
5) Advance first installment payment through cheque/online transfer/ cash/Mobile Money transfer.
6) Post dated cheques for remaining installments.
For Salaried Persons:
7) Previous three (3) salary slips of the customer.
8) Three (3) months bank statement that displays salary deposited in the given account.
For Business Persons:
7) Copy of a valid NTN certificate.
8) Three (3) months bank statement of the business account.
Important Notice
1) The delivery /hand over of the product will be made after the confirmation of advance received in the account. Customer must read and sign the delivery note mentioning the detail of the item(s) with the accessories received.
2) Management reserves the right to reject an application/Order request for any reason whatsoever.
3) In case the provided cheque cannot be drawn due to insufficient funds in the applicant’s account, visit charges of PKR. 500/- against cheque bounce have to be paid to the collection officer.
6) In case applicant withdraws his/her application after signing the agreement and paying advance payment, service charges of Rs. 500/- will be paid by the applicant and mobile return will be according to the market practice.
7) Product Warranty will be claimed directly by the concerned Brand or from its Authorized Service Center according to the standard warranty conditions of the Brand.
8) In case of International Warranty, the customer will contact us and will pay one side courier charges to claim the International Warranty.
9) We not providing any insurance coverage/ facility on any item.
10) In case an item supplied is not working after the delivery, customers must inform within 48 hours of the delivery.
